c) The general manager should strengthen the personnel¡¯s QC
consciousness,learning the basic demands to meet customers and
realizing the importance of QC by training,internal publication
or meetings,etc.That will make the employees be active in the
related activities with improving quality£»
1£®2 The general manager is in charge of instituting and approving
the quality policy and quality goal.
1£®3 The general manager should hold the quality examination
in time.
1£®4 The general manager assures that the necessary resources
can provide for quality management system.
2. Centering on the customers

demands and expectation. To realize it,the general manager should

investigation,forecast or contacting coustomers.

system.

b)The demands and having created quality management will be
