1. Management Compliance
The general manager approves his compliance on creating and improving QC by the following doings.
1£®1 communicating the importance of meeting customers, laws and regulations
a)The general manager should establish the quality consciousness and clearly learn the basic demands to satisfy customers£»
b) The general manager should distinctly understand the product quality to relate closely with everyone¡¯s benefit£»
c) The general manager should strengthen the personnel¡¯s QC consciousness,learning the basic demands to meet customers and realizing the importance of QC by training,internal publication or meetings,etc.That will make the employees be active in the related activities with improving quality£»
1£®2 The general manager is in charge of instituting and approving the quality policy and quality goal.
1£®3 The general manager should hold the quality examination in time.
1£®4 The general manager assures that the necessary resources can provide for quality management system.
2. Centering on the customers
The company¡¯s success depends on satisfying and surpassing customers¡¯ demands and expectation. To realize it,the general manager should do as follows:
2£®1 Ascertaining customers¡¯ demands and expectation by market investigation,forecast or contacting coustomers.
2£®2 Transforming customers¡¯ demands and expectation into
demands including products,products making and quality management system.
2£®3 satisfying demands
a)The company must abide by the laws, regulations, prescript nation and line¡¯s standards.
b)The demands and having created quality management will be revised with the customers¡¯ demands and expectation, laws, regulations, prescript nation and line¡¯s standards.
3. The company¡¯s quality policy and related content:
3£®1 Quality policy:
leading science and technology,high efficiency,first customers and abiding by contract.
3£®2 The policy accords with the operation policy and become the important partion of company¡¯s policy.It embodies the compliance of meeting and improving customers¡¯ demands
3£®3 The policy offer an outline for formulating and checking quality goals.The company and related departments should ascertain related quality goals.
3£®4 All class leads should transmit the quality policy to management,administration,check and operation department so that all employees can correctly understand and carry out.
3£®5 The company should continuously have the policy check and revise it to degree with the internal and external environment.
3£®6 The company needs to control the policy¡¯s ratifying,distributing,checking and revising.
